Jean-Christian Dumonet is the chef of the famous restaurant “Joséphine – Chez Dumonet”, located on the left bank of the River Seine in the heart of the 7th arrondissement of Paris. His restaurant is a legendary part of the gastronomic heritage of Paris. Jean-Christian Dumonet is a man with a passion for life. He sailed the seas together with the famous yachtsmen Éric Tabarly and Olivier de Kersauson before settling in the rue du Cherche Midi to run the family business. He is a member of the “Maîtres Cuisiniers de France”. His new restaurant on the roof of the Grande Arche, “Les Jardins de Joséphine”, is now open to customers who want to enjoy a traditional, delicious, and perfectly executed cuisine. It offers a delicious bistro-style menu full of freshness and creativity that you can’t resist!
